As an Architect and Team Lead in the area of mobile games development, you will actively help to shape a new area of our company and will be the driving force in the development and improvement of our mobile games. You will work together with a creative team of product managers, marketing specialists, developers, as well as interaction and graphic designers. Job profile
- Work with and report to the Head of Engineering to develop games and services for our apps
- Establish and supervise a team for mobile games development
- Evaluate, recommend and select hardware and software solutions
- Participate in the analysis and object-oriented design of new multiplatform functionalities
- Participate in various phases of test devlopment cycle (unit, functional, integrated, acceptance)
- Secure the state-of-the-art quality of internally and externally developed games
Skills & experience
- Strong programming knowledge with Objective-C (iPhone, iPad) and Java (Android) (3+ years)
- Proven experience with architecture and development of mobile applications to work on a wide variety of devices/browsers including iPhone, Android, webOS etc. (3+ years)
- Experience to lead and mentor other developers (3+ years)
- Familiar with agile methodology, experience with Scrum is a plus
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for code quality that follows best practices
- Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies
- Fluent in English, another European language is a plus
